Additional information: all information supplied regarding recommended persons is not used by TCT for any purpose other than for logging and management.
Log information: is used for management and analytics, to position specific Campaigns to individual Members.
We may also use your data, or permit selected third parties to use your data, to provide you with information about goods and services that may be of interest to you. We or they may contact you about these by post or telephone.
If you are an existing customer, We will only contact you by electronic means (e-mail or SMS) with information about goods and services similar to those that were the subject of a previous sale to you.

Access to information

Whilst there is no national data protection authority in the BVI, courts are guided by the English common law duties of privacy and confidentiality.
